Location: Chevin Forest Park is located immediately to the south of Otley town centre and
approximately one mile from Leeds and Bradford International Airport. It is
approximately 10 miles from Leeds, Bradford and Harrogate. The park may be
accessed from Otley town centre and off the A660 Leeds to Ilkley road and A658
Leeds to Harrogate road.

Parking: There are numerous free parking areas around the Park. Please see map above
for details.

Visitor Facilities: There are a number of picnic benches and other seats across the Park. An
orienteering course is available for anyone to try navigating their way around the
Park. The orienteering course map and a general leaflet showing a map of the
Park is available at Otley Tourist Information Centre. There is also a twice-yearly
publication called Chevin News also available from Otley Tourist Information
Centre.

Disabled Facilities: Fully accessible picnic benches and a courtyard area is available at The White
House for wheelchair users, together with limited parking and toilet facilities –
through advance booking only. In addition, two all terrain electric wheelchairs are
available for those visitors who find the undulating countryside just a little too
much – which also need to be booked in advance.

Toilets: Toilets are available at The White House (for groups who have booked in advance
only), Public House on Yorkgate and Otley Town.

Refreshments: Public House on Yorkgate and Otley Town.
